Mahendra Munot is the Chief Operations Officer of the company.
Mahendra Munot has been associated with the company since 2015, and leads the Operations, Services and Administration functions for the company. In this capacity, he is responsible for the execution of mandates pertaining to New Business processing, Underwriting, Policy Owner Services, Claims management, Customer servicing and Support, branch servicing, among other duties. He also provides strategic and tactical guidance aligned with corporate and company objectives, contributing to the overall business strategy by fostering operational excellence. With over two decades of extensive experience in the industry, Mahendra brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.
Mahendra is a postgraduate in Pharmacy from University of Mumbai and a Fellow from Insurance Institute of India.
