Sourabh Lohtia serves as the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at PNB MetLife, where he provides strategic leadership across Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Social Responsibility. He also oversees the E Commerce business and customer experience, seamlessly integrating brand, digital, and service levers into a unified growth engine.

Since joining PNB MetLife in 2014, Sourabh has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s identity as a trust driven brand. His vision has sharpened the organization’s focus on financial planning, protection, and long term security, while successfully converting strong brand equity into measurable business growth.

Over the years, he has held multiple leadership positions that have been instrumental in driving PNB MetLife’s growth story. Prior to his current role, he spearheaded sales for the Bancassurance retail distribution channel, delivering profitable business performance and margin positive expansion.

With more than two decades of experience in the life insurance industry, Sourabh brings deep domain expertise and a proven track record of building successful enterprise functions. His leadership continues to be integral to defining PNB MetLife’s strategic direction and creating long lasting value across the business ecosystem.

A commerce graduate, Sourabh holds postgraduate qualifications in Finance and Marketing. He has also completed the Executive Program in Management from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Management.
